Haley expected to address comments by Johnson

Kansas City Chiefs coach Todd Haley will be holding a press conference Tuesday, where he’s expected to address the recent comments made by RB Larry Johnson. No time has been announced, but theĀ  news conference is expected to take place during the early afternoon. The Chiefs, on their bye week, had the session previously scheduled.

Johnson made headlines the last two days by reportedly using a gay slur and also belittling Haley via Twitter posts.

Johnson refused to speak with reporters Monday. Haley also refused comment on the situation, other than to say the team was “gathering facts.”
