Cowboys set to announce new deal for Ware

The Cowboys have called a news conference for 5:30 p.m. ET on Monday at which the team will announce a new contract for LB DeMarcus Ware, NFL Network insider Michael Lombardi reports. Cowboys coach Wade Phillips already held his weekly Monday morning news conference.

NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora reports that Ware received a six-year deal with $40 million guaranteed.
