Rodgers-Cromartie out with ankle injury

Cardinals starting CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has left Sunday night’s game against the Giants with what appears to be a left ankle injury. Rodgers-Cromartie had his left ankle wrapped by a trainer on the sideline, and the Cardinals’ Web site reports he was carted off the sideline to the locker room and is questionable to return.
The NBC game broadcast is reporting he had X-rays taken on the ankle, which came back negative.
Rodgers-Cromartie, who was replaced by DB Michael Adams on the team’s last defensive series, is currently on the sidelines with his helmet off, and it doesn’t look like he’ll be coming back.
