Sanders, Avery to play in Rams-Colts game

After being held out for a day of rest on Thursday, Colts S Bob Sanders (knee) was a full participant in practice on Friday and is expected to make his debut against the Rams. Sanders, the 2007 Defensive Player of the Year, hasn’t played in a game since January.

Rams WR Donnie Avery (hip), who injured himself last week against the Jaguars, was a full participant in practice on Friday and is officially listed as probable. Avery’s injury occured on his first catch, a 17-yard touchdown in the first quarter.
