The Titans-Patriots and Bills-Jets games are both likely to be affected by rain, as the forecast suggests wet and cold conditions.

This sort of scenario should create a greater emphasis on the running game for the Titans, Bills and Jets. That means more carries for Chris Johnson, Marshawn Lynch and Thomas Jones.

Look for Johnson in particular to see a lot of touches in the first half for Tennessee.

However, it would have to be an absolute downpour at Gillette Stadium for the Patriots to abandon the passing game against one of the league’s worst pass defenses. I’d be keeping Tom Brady, Randy Moss and Wes Welker active as usual.
