Is there a slaughter rule in fantasy football?

Patriots QB Tom Brady is absolutely going off on the Titans. He’s thrown five touchdown passes in the second quarter of what’s become a 45-0 blowout at Gillette Stadium.
He’s already scored 43 fantasy points in the contest. That more than anyone scored in all of the earlier games, including Saints QB Drew Brees (38 points) and Texans QB Matt Schaub (37 points).
So if you’re facing the fantasy team that has Brady and you didn’t have one of the afternoon’s other performers, well, it might be time to wave the white flag.
Brady still has a full half left, that is, if coach Bill Belichick decides to keep him in there.
