Broncos RB Buckhalter probable vs. Chargers

The final injury report for Monday’s game between the Chargers and Broncos was released Saturday, with no major surprises.

Broncos RB Correll Buckhalter (ankle) practiced for the third consecutive day and was listed as probable. No word on whether Buckhalter will return to the starting lineup, or if rookie Knowshon Moreno will get his second straight start for the Broncos. LB Spencer Larsen (shoulder) has been ruled out.

Chargers LB Stephen Cooper (knee) was listed as questionable after taking part in a limited portion of practice Saturday. The Broncos listed five players, including LB Shawne Merriman (groin), as probable, while two players — LB Antwan Applewhite (hamstring) and C Nick Hardwick — are out. Hardwick, the team’s starting center, will miss his fourth straight game.
