Despite being listed questionable with an injured foot, Giants QB Eli Manning has already thrown two touchdowns against the lowly Oakland Raiders. His first score went to Mario Manningham on a 30-yard pass, and his second went to rookie Hakeem Nicks on a 9-yard connection.
However, David Carr replaced Manning in the contest shortly thereafter in what’s looking like a sure blowout.
The Giants defense is also on it’s way to having a huge afternoon for fantasy owners. They’ve shut down the Silver & Black to this point.
In Detroit, Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger has hooked up with Heath Miller on a 15-yard scoring strike. RB Rashard Mendenhall has rushed for 60 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.
