Lions WR Calvin Johnson is on the sidelines with an undisclosed injury to his left leg. Trainers were seen looking at his knee on the bench.
Losing a superstar wideout like Johnson for the rest of the afternoon would be detrimental for fantasy owners.
In Philadelphia, the top scoring running back on the Eagles roster hasn’t been Brian Westbrook or LeSean McCoy. It’s fullback Leonard Weaver, who scored on a 20-yard pass from Donovan McNabb. The Eagles quarterback has two scores on the afternoon.
Westbrook has eight yards on three carries, while McCoy hasn’t seen a rushing attempt in the contest.
Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger is on his way to a huge game, throwing his second touchdown pass of the half to put the Steelers ahead of the Lions 20-13. His first score went to Heath Miller on a 15-yard pass, while his second went to Hines Ward on a 17-yard connection.
