Giants WR Smith on pace for a monster game

Steve Smith has scored two touchdowns in the first half for the Giants, who lead the Chiefs 14-3 at Arrowhead Stadium. Overall, he has five catches for 50 yards with the two scores.

What do you think, will Carolina’s Steve Smith soon become the “other” Steve Smith? The New York version is in the top spot among wideouts in fantasy points on NFL.com at this point.

Eli Manning is also on his way to a huge game, throwing for 108 yards and the two touchdown connections with Smith.

In Houston, Texans coach Gary Kubiak benched Steve Slaton after the runner fumbled on the previous series. Kubiak went to Ryan Moats, not Chris Brown. Moats was also in the backfield for the team’s next series.
