Rams starting QB Marc Bulger has left today’s game against the Packers with a bruised right shoulder. He’s listed as questionable to return.
San Francisco 49ers RB Frank Gore was in the starting lineup today against the Minnesota Vikings, but his lingering right ankle injury might make it a short day.

Texans RB Steve Slaton‘s lack of production has led to a lot of rumbling coming out of Houston, including remarks from coach Gary Kubiak earlier in the week that alluded to the team’s interest in then-free-agent RB Cedric Benson over the summer. Now Kubiak is suggesting that Slaton, who has deferred most goal-line and short-yardage situations to Chris Brown, could lose more carries to fifth-year veteran Ryan Moats.
