Packers safety Bigby ruled out vs. Bengals

Packers safety Atari Bigby has been ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Bengals because of a knee injury suffered in Week 1 and could miss up to a month, according to the team’s Web site. Third-year pro Aaron Rouse is expected to replace Bigby in the lineup.
