Rams release veteran DT Thomas

The St. Louis Rams released 14-year veteran DT Hollis Thomas on Tuesday, a league source confirmed to NFL Network’s Jason La Canfora.
Thomas was signed by the Rams prior to the start of the regular season. He spent 10 seasons with the Eagles and three with the Saints. Thomas played in a reserve role for the Rams in all three regular-season games, recording two tackles.
