Patriots WR Welker out, WR Moss active

Patriots WR Wes Welker (knee) has been ruled out for the second consecutive game, while WR Randy Moss (back) is active today for New England. Both players were listed as questionable on this week’s injury report as the Patriots play host to the Falcons.

WR Julian Edelman, who had eight receptions for 98 yards last week filling in for Welker, is active.
