Lions RB Smith hasn’t returned after shoulder injury

Lions RB Kevin Smith is out for the remainder of the afternoon after injuring his shoulder during the third quarter against the Redskins. Smith, who was injured when a tackler landed on him following a short run, had rushed for 101 yards on 16 carries before leaving.

Maurice Morris and Aaron Brown are seeing more action in Smith’s absence.
