One giant Lambeau Leap for fan-kind

If you were a bit skeptical about the three Bengals fans being in the front row for Cincinnati WR Chad Ochocinco’s Lambeau Leap last weekend, you had every right to be.

As it turns out, Ochocinco put out a request via Twitter last week and found three Bengals fans ready and willing to make the trip to Green Bay. Ochocinco got their contact information and sent them four front-row tickets for Sunday’s game at Lambeau Field.

Jim Stingl of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel caught up with one of the fans, Mike Bergs, about his experience, including when Ochocinco caught his 13-yard touchdown pass and headed toward section 107 to leap into the stands, per the Packers’ tradition:

“When he started making his way toward us, we knew it was on,” Bergs said. “His face. I wish I could have been shooting a camera at him. The smile on his face was from ear to ear. He was so excited.”
