The Jets defense is for real

After holding down the Texans trio of Matt Schaub, Steve Slaton and Andre Johnson in Week 1 (without DL Shaun Ellis and LB/DE Calvin Pace), the Jets are now putting the clamps on QB Tom Brady and the Patriots.
Brady has thrown forĀ a mere 150 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in the first half. The Patriots have been held to three field goals, which you have to love if you own kicker Stephen Gostkowski. What’s more, WR Julian Edelman has more fantasy points than both Brady and Randy Moss!
Who is Edelman, you ask?
The rookie was a quarterback at Kent State and how he’s the receiver seeing more targets in the Patriots offense with the absence of WR Wes Welker. WR Joey Galloway has also seen an uptick in targets with four catches for 44 yards.
Oh, and to prove that you should almost never start a rookie quarterback, Mark Sanchez has 15 yards passing in the contest.
