What I’m working on for Total Access

We’re going to explore the impasse between some rookies and their teams today on NFL Network’s Total Access.
Packers first-round pick B.J. Raji recently left the Green Bay area, with the sides not close to a deal and making little progress. His locale is not that important — he could be back there quickly — but the lack of a template in terms of a total package and guarantees is of greater concern.
It was hard to spend any time at Broncos camp earlier this week and not come away impressed with rookie RB Knowshon Moreno. He is explosive and stands to be a feature element in that offense. He missed the start of camp, but running backs generally have a smoother transition to the NFL than other positions, and he will go in as the starter in the preseason opener.
Ray Rice, and not Willis McGahee, will start for the Ravens on Thursday night. Rice is more versatile, particularly in the passing game. He must improve his pass protection, but has a better burst.
The Saints will likely sign a linebacker today. Will it be Derrick Brooks?
