Vikings QB Jackson ‘fine’ after aggravating hurt knee

According to The Associated Press, Vikings QB Tarvaris Jackson limped off the field during Friday night’s practice session.

Jackson appeared to aggravate his sprained left knee, an injury that had kept him out of training camp for several days.

“I guess I just wasn’t ready for that right now,” Jackson said after practice. “But it’s fine. It’s not bothering me still. It was awkward for me. I think it was just some scar tissue.”

Jackson is competing with Sage Rosenfels for the starting job in Minnesota. More
