After leaving the morning practice with his surgically repaired left knee wrapped in ice, Saints RB Reggie Bush fully participated in team drills at the afternoon session.

According to the Associated Press, Bush momentarily joked about the stir that the ice pack caused and then got back to work, never shying away from contact.

“I’ve got to stay on top of it and treat it as if it was the first day I injured it,” Bush said between practices. “Now it’s just about getting myself back to football shape and getting my knee back to carrying the load again.”
