Vikings QB Tarvaris Jackson feared the worst when an offensive lineman hit his leg during practice over the weekend. A fear that could only be matched by those dreading another round of Brett Favre-watch.
Jackson said that he wondered if he tore his ACL during the collision, but was relieved to find out that the injury was just a mild sprain. Jackson threw a little bit on Tuesday, even simulating some dropbacks. Jackson could be ready to return to full-time practice soon and believes he will be 100 percent healthy when the team opens its preseason schedule against the Colts on Aug. 14.
