WESTMINSTER, Md. — Pro Bowl linebacker Terrell Suggs is sitting out the Baltimore Ravens’ morning practice after “tweaking” his ankle in Sunday’s practice, according to a team source. The team is taking every precaution with the star and a better update on his return to practice should be available after this session ends.
Rookie Paul Kruger, the team’s second-round pick out of Utah, is getting work with the starters in Suggs’ spot.
Also noticeably absent from the field is tight end L.J. Smith. The former Eagle is not in pads and not participating in the morning practice.
