Three-game suspension of Bills’ Lynch upheld

Bills RB Marshawn Lynch has been notified by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell that his appeal of three-game suspension for violating the league’s personal conduct policy has been denied.

Lynch will miss the first three regular-season games and is eligible to return on Sept. 28. In the meantime, Lynch can participate in all preseason practices and games prior to the suspension, which begins on Sept. 5.
