Jets RB Washington arrives a day late to camp

New York Jets running back Leon Washington arrived a day late to training camp, a sign that contract negotiations may be progressing.

Washington was a no-show Thursday when Jets players were scheduled to check into the players’ dormitory in Cortland, N.Y.
