Evander Hood is one of four first-round draft picks to sign, agreeing to a deal with the Steelers on Saturday.
Hood agreed to a four-year deal, with a club option for a fifth year, according to league sources. The deal, including all bonuses and escalators, is worth a maximum of $11.3 million, with $6.1 million guaranteed. The total base value of the contract is just under $9 million.
The defensive lineman was the last of the Steelers’ draft picks to sign.
