Roundup: Bennett, Hackett to work out for Ravens

While Derrick Mason remains in retirement purgatory, the Ravens will begin looking at free-agent wide receivers to replace the veteran. Mason announced his intentions last week, although there has been no report of him officially filing his retirement papers.
Meanwhile, the Nashville City Paper reports the Ravens will hold a Friday workout that includes former Titans and Rams WR Drew Bennett, per a league source. Our own Jason La Canfora notes the feeling around the league that the door is far from closed on Mason returning to the Ravens, and he says D.J. Hackett also is among the receivers who will work out for the Ravens.
