Roethlisberger tweaks knee during Steelers’ practice

Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger limped off the practice field Wednesday morning after injuring his left knee, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Though Roethlisberger and Steelers coach Mike Tomlin declined to discuss it, early indications are that the injury isn’t serious, according to the Post-Gazette:

Steelers trainer John Norwig took a long look at the quarterback, who despite limping heavily did not appear to have anything seriously wrong with his knee and was left alone after he stretched it out.
