Ravens place OT Anderson on Reserve/Retired list

NFL Network’s Michael Lombardi is reporting that the Baltimore Ravens have placed offensive tackle Willie Anderson on the Reserve/Retired list.

Anderson, a veteran of 13 seasons, had been held out of full-squad minicamps due to knee problems.

Anderson started 11 of 14 games for the Ravens last season. His departure opens the door for either Adam Terry or rookie Michael Oher — the 23rd overall pick in the NFL Draft —  to start opposite Jared Gaither.
