Green Room slowly losing its inhabitants

Nine players came to New York for the draft — the most since 1996 — and they are gradually being plucked from the Green Room by their future pro teams.
Out of the first 10 prospects selected, five were in attendance, with Michael Crabtree just going to the 49ers. Immediately upon NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell‘s announcement that Michael Crabtree was headed to the 49ers, the crowd bursted into energetic applause and began unleashing deafening chants of “Mike-El Crab-Tree”.
The yelling for Crabtree continued on for several minutes as the Crabtree clan of about 15 friends and family took the stage and smiled for the cameras.
Crabtree then stepped to the side of the stage to do an interview with his mentor Deion Sanders for NFL Network, but not before pointing up to the crowd showering him with its approval and letting out a broad smile.
With Brian Orakpo now gone at pick No. 13 to the Redskins, only three players remain in the Green Room (QB Josh Freeman, OT Michael Oher and LB Brian Cushing).
