Steelers sign CB Ratliff to one-year contract

Free-agent CB Keiwan Ratliff signed a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The six-year NFL veteran, who started his career with the Cincinnati Bengals, played in 13 games with the Indianapolis Colts last season.
