Edwards insurance? Britt to visit Browns before draft

It might not have any relevance to the possibility of WR Braylon Edwards being traded, but the Cleveland Browns have scheduled a workout for Rutgers WR Kenny Britt next Friday — the eve of the NFL draft.
There is widespread talk that Edwards could be traded before the draft, but such a move would leave the Browns thin at wide receiver. Besides Edwards’ situation with the team, WR Donte’ Stallworth‘s future is uncertain because he is facing DUI manslaughter charges after striking a pedestrian in Miami.
The Browns have the No. 5 and No. 36 overall picks in the draft. Britt, a highly productive player in college, is projected as a late first-round, early second-round selection.
