Raiders WR Walker takes pay cut

The San Francisco Chronicle reports that WR Javon Walker did a major restructuring of his contract to remain with the Raiders.
Walker’s salary-cap number went from (potentially) $9 million per year to $3.2 million per year. And with that, speculation can commence about Terrell Owens coming to play for the Raiders.
