CB Jones says he’ll play “somewhere”

CB Adam Jones believes he will play in the NFL again, despite blowing what could have been his last chance when he was released by the Cowboys. Jones told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that he is confident he will find another opportunity.

“I’m just working out. Staying in shape. I’m good,” Jones said at the Indianapolis International Airport on Tuesday morning. “I’m thinking it’s going to work out somewhere.”

Some teams, of course, will be desperate for help in the secondary. The Chiefs, Jets, Bears, Chargers and Seahawks finished last in pass defense in 2008. But will any of them, or another team, be willing to take the chance on Jones?
