Best of the rest from the media room

A number of top-level players spoke today in the media room. Here are the highlights from those sessions:

  • Florida wide receiver Percy Harvin, who also played running back as a freshman, discussed his injury history. “A lot of the durability questions didn’t even really come up, because they realize that a lot of my injuries came when I was playing running back.”
  • Texas’ Brian Orakpo made clear he is comfortable playing 4-3 end or 3-4 linebacker. “I’m versatile. It really doesn’t matter. I can fit well in both schemes. I’m very effective in both.”
  • Boston College’s B.J. Raji said he likes Albert Haynesworth, because of “his combination of speed and power, while keeping his balance.”
