Raiders grab QB Gradkowski off waiver wire

The Raiders have claimed quarterback Bruce Gradkowski off waivers, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. The Raiders nearly claimed the quarterback as a backup last season, but they instead went with Andrew Walter and Marques Tuiasosopo.

Gradkowski, a three-year pro, went to training camp with the Rams last year, but he was released before the season started. Gradkowski signed with the Browns late in the season and even started their season finale. He was released by the Browns on Monday.
