Jackson gets second interview with 49ers

San Francisco’s offensive coordinator search has moved slower than its head coaching search, but the 49ers could be zeroing in on a candidate.
Ravens quarterback coach Hue Jackson is back in San Francisco today, interviewing for the 49ers offensive coordinator job for the second time. The only other candidate thought to be brought back for a second time was Scott Linehan, who was offered but rejected the San Francisco offensive coordinator job.
San Francisco would like to have its new coordinator by Thursday, as it is scheduled to begin draft meetings that it would like its new offensive coodinator — whoever it is — to be a part of. With Jackson back in town, the 49ers just could decide to keep him there.
