Ravens will be raided for two hires

Now that Baltimore has been eliminated from the playoffs, the clock starts on the New York Jets hiring Ravens defensive coordinator Rex Ryan as their new head coach and the Cleveland Browns on hiring Ravens director of pro personnel George Kokinis as their general manager.
Either team could make an announcement as early as Monday, and each man is the favorite to land the job. In fact, Ryan is expected to get the job. All that remains is finalizing a contract. And Kokinis appears to be the GM the Browns have waited for and wanted.
It all starts the new week in the type of way the past week ended — with the carousel of moves continuing to spin.
