Ravens RB Willis McGahee was carted off the field late in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game after Pittsburgh Steelers S Ryan Clark hit him hard in the helmet.
With 3:29 remaining in the game and Baltimore trailing 23-14, McGahee took a hit from Clark and lay motionless on the field. After McGahee was taken off the field, the Ravens said he had “significant neck pain” but movement in his arms and legs. McGahee didn’t return to the game.
Clark also needed help from Steelers staffers to make it to the sideline.
McGahee scored both of Baltimore’s touchdowns in the game.
