Jets have second interview with Spagnuolo

The New York Post is reporting that Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo met with the Jets for the second time this week.

Though the odds of Steve Spagnuolo remaining with the Giants improve as each job opening around the NFL gets filled, it turns out the Jets did meet with the Big Blue defensive coordinator this week.
According to a source familiar with the Jets’ coaching search, team owner Woody Johnson and general manager Mike Tannenbaum had a clandestine meeting with Spagnuolo on Tuesday at Johnson’s Manhattan office.

Spagnuolo also is a candidate for the Rams’ head-coaching job.
