Schefter sits down with Shanahan on NFL Network

Mike Shanahan‘s firing sent shock waves through the league. NFL Network’s Adam Schefter will talk with Shanahan for a two-part interview on NFL GameDay Morning Saturday and Sunday. Shanahan will talk about his past and his present on NFL GameDay Morning’s special playoff shows on Saturday at 2 p.m. ET and Sunday at 9 a.m. ET.

The NFL GameDay Morning cast features analysis from Marshall Faulk, Warren Sapp and Steve Mariucci with reports from Schefter. Spero Dedes and Alex Flanagan co-host the first hour. In addition to Schefter’s exclusive with Shanahan, NFL GameDay Morning will also feature Faulk one-on-one with Vikings RB Adrian Peterson (Sunday), NFL Network & NBC analyst Cris Collinsworth (Saturday), as well as special player correspondents reporting from all four wild-card game sites.
