Colts’ Harrison second all-time in receptions

Colts WR Marvin Harrison has seven receptions for 31 yards against the Titans, moving him past Cris Carter into sole possession of second place on the NFL’s all-time receptions list. Harrison (1,102) now trails only Jerry Rice (1,549).

Harrison, who now has 60 receptions this season, also moved into a tie with 49ers WR Isaac Bruce for third in NFL history for most seasons with 50-plus receptions (12). Bruce and Harrison broke a five-way tie this season with Carter, Tim Brown and Shannon Sharpe. Rice holds the NFL record with 17 seasons of 50 receptions or more.
