Orlovsky gets call at QB for Lions

If the Lions are going to beat the Saints for their first win of the season, they’re going to have to do it with Dan Orlovsky as their starting quarterback.

It’s official: The Lions deactivated Daunte Culpepper and declared Drew Henson their No. 3 quarterback (Drew Stanton is the No. 2). This means that it’s up to Orlovsky to try to add one more loss to the Saints’ 1-6 road record this season, which is consistent with what Lions coach Rod Marinelli had said last week.
