Leinart getting loose for Cardinals

Matt Leinart is throwing on the sidelines, so it appears Kurt Warner will be pulled shortly in the Cardinals-Patriots game.

That’s a killer for anyone who started Warner in their fantasy championship.

Here’s a few notable performances from the early games:

  • Cedric Benson, RB, Cincinnati — 138 rushing yards
  • Matt Cassel, QB, New England — 320 yards, three TDs
  • Tyler Thigpen, QB, Kansas City — 255 passing yards, 57 rushing yards, three TDs
  • Larry Johnson, RB, Kansas City — 106 yards, TD
