Redskins: QB Colt Brennan (3rd), WR Malcolm Kelly, G Will Montgomery, G D’Anthony Batiste, SS Chris Horton, LB Marcus Washington, T Jon Jansen, DT Cornelius Griffin.

Analysis: RB Clinton Portis is active and will start, as expected. LB London Fletcher and DE/LB Jason Taylor are also active. The Redskins’ offensive line will be at less than full strength with Jansen out.

Bengals: QB Carson Palmer (3rd), RB Chris Perry, RB Kenny Watson, SS Chinedum Ndukwe, G Evan Mathis, T Levi Jones, TE Ben Utecht, WR Jerome Simpson.

Analysis: QB Ryan Fitzpatrick will start in the absence of Palmer, who remains out. RB Cedric Benson will see a ton of carries with Perry and Watson out, but he’ll be running behind an offensive line that’s missing Jones. WR T.J. Houshmandzadeh is active and will start, as expected.
