Analysis: Bailey is still out of action, which is good news for Panthers WR Steve Smith. RB Selvin Young is active and will see some carries behind RB Tatum Bell. WR Brandon Marshall is active and will start, as expected. WR Brandon Stokley is also active.

Analysis: No significant inactives.
