Giants defense could be wearing down

Dallas has its issues, but New York isn’t exactly free of them, either.
In their past five games, the Giants have a mere seven sacks. This might not be so alarming were it not for the fact that New York rung up 30 sacks in its first eight games this season.
Somewhere along the way, the team has gone from not missing Michael Strahan and Osi Umenyiora to really missing them. And where they might be missing them most is in a rotation with defensive ends Justin Tuck and Mathias Kiwanuka, who have worn down as the season has gone on.
Tuck didn’t even start last season. He would spell Strahan or Umenyiora, and he was fresher and better as the games progressed. The opposite is happening this season. The Giants ends are wearing down.
