Bears rookie Forte out with toe injury

Bears rookie RB Matt Forte left Thursday night’s game against the Saints with a right toe injury. Forte left after one carry on the Bears’ opening drive, limping to the sidelines where trainers removed his right shoe. After spending some time with team personnel, he walked off the sidelines and into a Solder Field tunnel. The Bears are saying Forte is questionable to return. He has been replaced by Adrian Peterson.
