RB Rhodes could be fantasy superstar in Week 15

Joseph Addai missed Wednesday’s practice with an injured shoulder, and reports out of Indianapolis indicate he could miss Week 15.

That would mean an enormous increase in the value of Dominic Rhodes, who would draw the start against the Lions and their league-worst run defense. The Colts also signed Najeh Davenport, which could be an indication that Addai’s ailment is significant.

If you have Addai, and Rhodes is still a free agent (he’s available in 29 percent of NFL.com leagues), now is the time to add him off the waiver wire. Fantasy leaguers who simply need a runner also should target Rhodes. Based on the matchup, he would be a high-end No. 2 fantasy back.
