Eagles running back Brian Westbrook missed practice for the second consecutive day. Coach Andy Reid said that it was a precautionary move to give the Pro Bowl running back rest, and he should be active in Week 14. The big thing, according to Reid, was keeping Westbrook off the artificial turf.
