Titans’ Finnegan limited in practice, questionable

Titans cornerback Cortland Finnegan was limited in practice on Friday with a hamstring injury and was listed as questionable as Tennessee plays host to the Browns. Cleveland will be starting Ken Dorsey at quarterback.
